We wanted a pergola over our garage door on a new home we were building for my parents. There was a small window where we wanted to close on the house and get the pergola installed before my parents would arrive to see their finished home. Jake met us initially at the house and took measurements. He sent us a quote promptly and we gave him the go-ahead. He wanted me to get just the right color of stain. He actually stopped by my work to save me a trip, making it easy on me to explain and show him my stain color choice. When we got closer to the closing, and the closing day was shifting slightly, he was flexible and patient. He worked perfectly with us to get it installed in the small window needed for the “reveal” when my parents arrived to see their home. We now are looking for any other place to get another!
